James Clemens (Discipleship & Evangelism Pastor)

Background/Family
I currently serve as the Associate Pastor and am the elder overseeing discipleship and evangelism. I was born and raised Catholic and I entered the Air Force right after high school and retired from the military in 2016.  I was saved in Afghanistan at the age of 34. God had revealed to me that He was very real and very holy and that I had made myself His enemy in my life.  I had lived my life very selfishly and destructively and my sin had caused a great amount of hurt in my life and the lives of many others.  Most of all, I sinned wickedly against my God and I needed a Savior. Jesus overwhelmed my heart with His grace that summer in 2011 and has been giving grace to my heart and life ever since.  He moved me to Colorado in 2012 and I married Jessica in 2013. I felt called into ministry shortly thereafter and began my seminary studies online through Southern Seminary in 2014.  We are the proud parents of five boys!
